Mr. Shah earned his law degree in 1998 and is licensed in the State of New Jersey. The Law Offices of Sital J. Shah was established since October 2002.

Mr. Shah was previously appointed by Jun H. Choi and served as a Member of the Planning Board of the Township. Mr. Shah also has served on the Board of Directors for the Edison Chamber of Commerce.

Previously, Mr. Shah worked with Court TV covering the OJ Simpson case. He has also been a guest speaker on CNN’s “Burden of Proof”. Mr. Shah has been a frequent guest speaker on WCTC Radio 1450 AM (serving Central and Southern Jersey) regarding real estate -related legal issues and has appeared on HGTV’s television program ‘My First Place”.

Mr. Shah was selected by Celebrations (Non-Profit Organization) as one of the top Fifty Indian-Americans on the basis of professional and community accomplishments and was recognized in 2008 by the Governor of NY and NJ among other notable dignitaries including Senator Hillary Clinton.

Mr. Shah has supported many charities and civic organizations and looks forward to increasing his support for political and community organizations to lobby for better Indo-American relations at the state and national level.
